Hangi is the traditional Maori way of cooking using heated rocks buried in a pit oven. The meat taste kinda like a combination of smoked and grilled. Haka is traditional Maori war dance. The most famous one is by All Blacks. The Haka war dance looks really fierce and kinda scary in real life.

New After years of beating myself down, I learned it wasn’t so much WHAT I did, but WHAT I thought about myself when doing it. MY BELIEFS about myself! Just the ones that hold us back from truly living our lives. The secret is HOW do you change them? Well, what I’ve found is the easiest way to make that happen. It’s to use writing as a powerful tool for change.
That’s what I did several years ago and my results have been nothing short of amazing. I know it might sound cold and calculating to think like this, but bear with me.

A few years ago I decided to try something new and run a marathon. It took a couple years of training and a lot of hard work, but I finished! I can honestly say that completing that marathon made me feel like I could do anything. I had a new strength; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
