An online group recently conducted multi-phase research for the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario (HEQCO) that looked at the views and experiences of students, teachers, and employers with work-integrated learning (WIL).
WIL has been endorsed by the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CDDF) as providing youth with opportunities to determine career fit, refine learning goals, develop specific competencies, and build a network of post-graduation contacts.
What is the Definition of Work-Integrated Learning?
